Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
- Casserole
  - Frozen Hash Brown Potatoes - 2lb. (900g)
  - Sharp Cheese, Shredded -1 Cup (250mL)
  - Sour Cream - 1 Cup (250mL)
  - Cream of Chicken Soup - 1 Can
  - Chopped Onion - ¼ Cup (60mL)
  - Salt - 1 Tsp. (5mL)
- Topping
  - Crushed Potato Chips -1 Cup (250mL)
  - Melted Butter - ¼ Cup (60mL
Preparation
- Combine first 6 ingredients. Put in 1 ½ of casserole. Sprinkle topping over. Bake at 350°F or 175°C for about 1 hour.
